Distinctive looped details extend around the lower body, creating a sculptural silhouette. The basket has a dark brown and charcoal-toned surface, with a dark-finished interior.

Condition & Antique Character

The basket has a rustic, sculptural appearance, with natural variations in colour, texture and weave. The internal otoshi water liner is not present, so a separate suitable insert would be needed for arrangements using water. Suitable for dry floral displays or decorative use. The basket has been given a general clean, but please expect some historical imperfections, including some remnants of old soot.

Please examine the photographs carefully, as they form part of the description.
