Our pieces

All pieces sold by Mono Antiques are preused. They have lived a life before being listed and may show signs of age, wear, use, repair or restoration.

These characteristics are part of the nature of the pieces we sell. We make every effort to describe each item accurately, and photographs form an important part of the description.

If you would like any further information about a piece before purchasing, please contact us.

Prices & payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase. An order is confirmed once payment has been received and we have accepted the order.

Delivery

We deliver to UK Mainland.

Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout / on the product page.

For larger or heavier pieces, delivery may be arranged separately. We will contact you with the relevant details before dispatch.

Returns

For online purchases made by UK consumers, you have a legal right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your piece.

To arrange a return, please contact us at monoantiques@gmail.com, with any photos and details of your return.

Returned pieces should be sent back within 14 days and must be in the same condition as when they were received, subject to your legal rights.

We cannot offer returns for textiles, however in significant cases, we are happy to discuss via email at monoantiques@gmail.com to resolve any issues.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customers, along with any return delivery and courier fees.

We will issue refunds in accordance with UK applicable consumer law.

Damaged or incorrectly described pieces

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or is materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible at monoantiques@gmail.com.

Please include photographs where relevant so that we can understand the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.

Trade purchases

Trade purchases are subject to separate terms and are not covered by the consumer cancellation rights described above.

Our trade terms are available on request.
