Refund policy

Every piece at Mono Antiques has lived a life before finding its way to us. Signs of age, use and wear are part of its character and story.

We take care to describe each piece as accurately as we can. Please look closely at the photographs, which give the clearest indication of condition. If you have any questions before purchasing, we are always happy to help.

We offer a 14-day return period to retail customers in the UK, from the day the item has been delivered. This does not apply to trade customers, pieces viewed in person before purchase. 

Returned pieces must be in the same condition as when they left us. Return courier and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
